Location — Walk to the Beach, Ride the Rest
We're at 1908–1910 Gold Coast Highway, Miami QLD 4220, on the corner of Christine Avenue — between Burleigh Heads and Miami Beach. The sand is 200m down Sixth Avenue. Burleigh Heads village and the headland are about a 2km / 25-minute walk along the Oceanway, or two tram stops south. You do not need a car for a beach day.
G:link and bus 765 stop at the Christine Avenue stop on our corner. G:link runs north to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Southport and Helensvale, and south to Burleigh Heads. Live arrivals and the timetable. A 50-cent Translink fare with a go card or contactless tap covers the journey.
Route 700 runs Tweed Heads to Stockland Burleigh Heads. It does not stop at Miami. Without a car, ride G:link two stops south to Burleigh Heads, then 700 toward Coolangatta. Route 777 is Gold Coast Airport to Stockland Burleigh Heads only — not a motel-door bus.
