Construction notice — Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3: Works continue along the Gold Coast Highway between Miami and Burleigh Heads until mid-2026. Night works run Sunday evening through Friday morning. Guests can expect periods of noise, vibration and vehicle movements, particularly overnight. Road-facing rooms have double-glazed windows. Bus stop temporarily at Miami One (~300m from the motel). Remove this notice once works are complete and tram is operational.
