Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3 is underway along the highway. You may hear some daytime construction noise, but it will not disrupt your stay. By late 2026, you will be able to tram it from Burleigh to anywhere on the Coast.

Burleigh Gold Coast Motel has a bus stop right out front. Route 777 runs to Gold Coast Airport, and Route 700 connects you up and down the Coast. Fares are 50 cents with a Go Card.
