The Supercars season is charging ahead, and after Bathurst the spotlight swings to the streets of Surfers Paradise for the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 — 23–25 October 2026. It’s Round 12 and the opener of the Finals, so the title fight is well and truly on. Whether you’re a rev-head or just after a fun, affordable family weekend, our Supercars accommodation puts you up the road from the track in a quieter, cheaper pocket of the coast — and now the tram line’s finished right at our corner, getting to the track has never been easier.
In Pole Position — Tram Straight to the Track From Our Corner
This is the big one for race weekend. The new Christine Avenue tram stop is right on our corner at the Gold Coast Highway — opening in mid-July as part of the light rail extension running down through Miami and Burleigh, so it’ll be well and truly up and going by October. Hop on the G:link tram and you’re at the Surfers Paradise circuit without going near race-day parking or the traffic that comes with 200,000 people. Park the car at the motel, leave it there, and tram it in and out. It’s a tram-and-bus interchange too, so the 700 bus and the tram meet at the same spot. Line finished, tram running, the circuit a straight run up the highway — about as close to pole position as a motel gets.
Stay Close to the Track — With a Buffer for the Family
We’re at the corner of Christine Avenue and the Gold Coast Highway — quick access to the Surfers Paradise Street Circuit, but far enough south to escape the noise and crowds at night. Families can soak up race day and come back to a quiet, comfortable room to unwind. Burleigh Beach is 200m away for a swim between sessions.

Flying In? Here Are Your Options
Two airports, and it’s easy either way.
• Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) is the closest — about 15 to 20 minutes south, with the 777 bus running from the airport up the highway.
• Brisbane Airport is the other option. Catch the train down to Robina station, then the 765 bus across to Burleigh — handy if you’ve found a cheaper flight into Brisbane.
Once you’re here, you don’t need a car for the racing — the tram does the work.
